TTIX offers commercial, corporate, and non-profit organizations two very cost-effective ways to communicate a message and attract new clients at our annual conference:

Exhibitors

Teaching with Technology Exchange is a unique conference with an audience that spans the gamut from educators to technologists to administrators. If your company or organization would like to convince our audience to choose your teaching-with-technology related products or services, sign up up for a vendor exhibit.

Exhibitors are given space in the conference's break area to show posters, provide literature, and conduct discussions with TTIX conference attendees. Exhibitors may also reserve a presentation session in which to discuss or demonstrate their products to TTIX participants.

Exhibit Cost

$500

Exhibitors qualify as "Gold" level sponsors.

Exhibitor Inclusions

A maximum of 9 vendors will be accepted for TTIX 2008. Vendors recieve the following inclusions:

• All spaces are approx. 6'x6'.
• Draped 4' table and two chairs
• Electrical outlets
• TTIX meals for one person
• Listing on conference website and in program
• A 50-minute information presentation or product demonstration session (After submitting the online sponsor application please submit your session information using the regular presentation proposal form)

Tentative Exhibit Hours & Details

1. Thursday, June 5: 9:30 am - 4 pm
2. Friday, June 6: 9:30 - 4 pm

Refreshment breaks for conference attendees will be held in the exhibit room between meetings.

Deadline

Space is first-come, first-served, and the final deadline is March 1, 2008. All payments must be received by this time.

Installation and Dismantling of Exhibits

Exhibitors may begin installation Thursday, June 5 at 7 am. Move-in must be complete and all shipping materials removed by 9:15 am on June 5. Dismantling may begin at 3 pm on Friday, June 6, and must be complete by 5 pm.

Sponsors

TTIX is an "open conference" that does not charge its attendees a conference fee. Our costs are offset by sponsors with philosophies and products that fall in line with TTIX.

If you would like to sponsor TTIX your organization will have featured information in the TTIX program schedule, and will be mentioned during TTIX opening sessions, luncheons, and other TTIX events.

• $1-$250: Bronze Sponsor
• $251-$500: Silver Sponsor
• $501-$1000: Gold Sponsor*
• $1001+: Platinum Sponsor

Sponsorship levels not only reveal your generosity, they also correspond to the size and prominence of logo and mention in TTIX publications.

Gold Sponsors and higher are entitled to a vendor exhibitor table and a 50-minute information session during the conference. After submitting the online sponsor application please submit your session information using the regular presentation proposal form.
